Brian Lewis is a Sr. Consultant with the Milwaukee Consulting Group LLC. Brian spent 5 years training in the Toyota Production System as one of the initial hires of the J.D. Power Award winning Toyota, Cambridge plant. He has 20 years experience implementing lean manufacturing within the automotive and heavy equipment industry working in NA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Brian has held several executive positions and spent his entire career in operations. As Director of Competitive Operations and Director of Material Systems he controlled over $500M in capital projects in addition to leading a $100M cost reduction initiative on parts sequencing costs. As General Manager he had P & L responsibility including the management of finance, human resources, quality, health, safety & environment, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, production control and logistics. Brian’s coaching style works well with all levels of the organization from team member to Sr. Executive. Brian is adept at breaking down complex issues into clear, concise and simple initiatives utilizing 1 Page Reporting (A3) directed at improving operations.

Brian received his Business Degree from McMaster University in Canada.
