Jittra Tussey is a consultant with the Milwaukee Consulting Group.  She has over 14 years of Lean Manufacturing experience and over 10 years experience with the Toyota Production System (TPS) including firsthand experience as a Chief Engineer and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) master trainer at Toyota. While at Toyota, Jittra led product evaluation teams in Quality and Product Development Departments.  As a Black Belt and Continuous Improvement leader, Jittra has extensive Lean Six Sigma experience in both the manufacturing shop floor environment as well as within retailing operations including Supply Chain Management.  She is a fact driven leader who understands how to build stong teams to drive Continuous Improvement, organizational learning and operational excellence.  Jittra’s work with the Milwaukee Consulting Group is focused on utilizing her skill set to coach sustainable Continuous Improvement initiatives, and drive client business growth.

Jittra holds a BSc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkom University in Thailand along with a Masters degree in Material Science Engineering and E-Business Management from the Nagaoka University in Japan and the International University of Japan.
