Michael Davis is a consultant with the Milwaukee Consulting Group, LLC.  At GE, his careeer progressed from process engineer, through production shop management to supply chain management.  Michael taught and led statistical process control, change management, and data-based problem solving at GE.  Certified as a six simga black belt, he has implemented continuous improvement in new product development as Director of New Product Portfolio Management at Scotts-MiracleGro.  Michael worked across the business to standardize and streamline the new product development process.  He has coached executives in the application of continuous improvement principles in both operations and non-operations environments.  Michael’s work with the Milwaukee Consulting Group focuses on using his skills to deliver bottom line results and build client’s competency.

Michael holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Hanover College and a MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
